This isn't just any pumpkin patch; it's a patch with a purpose. This annual tradition is the largest fundraiser supporing the summer service trip to Appalachia. The Appalachia Service Project is a Christian volunteer home-repair organization, aimed at making homes warmer, safer, and drier for families in need throughout Central Appalachia.
Volunteers gather to unload over 3,500 pumpkins and arrange them into a festive design. Pumpkins range in size and price.
