What's happening in the Hingham Real Estate Market?

This month I closed over $11,000,000 in inventory. August is historically one of the busier months for closings in Hingham - 29 homes closed in the entire town with a median sales price of $1,245,000 and a median price/sq ft of $483. 

Hingham High School was also just ranked #3 in Boston Magazine's 2022 best public High Schools in Greater Boston! Lots of great things happening in this incredible seaside community of Hingham!
